Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 large Q&H egg (room temperature)
1 cup 2% milk
¼ cup butter (melted)
¼ cup Q&H wildflower or clover honey
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a small bowl, combine egg, milk, butter, and honey. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened, and fill a greased or cupcake liner filled pan ¾ way full.
Bake 15-18 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle of a muffin comes out clean (baking times will vary).
Cool for about 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack, and serve warm.
Makes 12 muffins.
