Ingredients:
2-3 lbs pork tenderloin
1-1/2 cup Middleburg Grill sauce
1 cup water (if prepping in oven)
Directions:
On the Grill:
Place tenderloin on grill cover over indirect heat.
Cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours or until internal meat temperature is 170 degrees.
Brush the Middleburg Grill sauce on one side and let cook for 10 minutes to glaze meat. Turn the meat over and add the sauce on the other side and allow to glaze.\
In the Oven:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the tenderloin in a roasting pan with one cup water and place in the center of the oven.
Follow steps 2 and 3 above.
Serving:
Remove tenderloin and place on a serving platter.
Let sit for 10 minutes and carve into thin slices and serve.
